1. Eligibility & Age Verification

1.1 The mlotto platform is available exclusively to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, as mandated by the Republic Act No. 9287 and applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.

1.2 By creating an account on mlotto, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old, that you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction, and that you are not accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

1.3 mlotto employs age verification procedures during the registration process and as part of the mandatory KYC verification. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time. Where a player is found to be under the age of 21, the account will be immediately closed, all pending transactions cancelled, and any deposited funds returned to the original payment source where practicable.

1.4 Employees, directors, officers, agents, contractors, and immediate family members of mlotto and its affiliated entities are not eligible to register or participate as players on the platform.

1.5 Players who have voluntarily self-excluded from mlotto are not eligible to register a new account or access the platform for the duration of the self-exclusion period. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms.

2. Account Registration & KYC

2.1 To access the full functionality of the mlotto platform, including deposits, gameplay, and withdrawals, you must register a player account. Registration requires the provision of accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine residential address, mobile number, and a valid email address.

2.2 Each individual is permitted to maintain only one (1) active mlotto account. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and potential forfeiture of all balances.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. mlotto will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your login information. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify mlotto immediately at [email protected].

2.4 Know Your Customer (KYC) Requirements

All player accounts are subject to KYC verification in compliance with PAGCOR requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines. KYC documentation must be submitted before the first withdrawal request can be processed. Required documents include:

• One (1) valid government-issued photo ID (Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, Voter's ID, or PhilHealth ID)
• Proof of residential address issued within the last three (3) months (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, barangay certification)
• Proof of payment method ownership where required (e.g., screenshot of GCash wallet showing registered name and mobile number)

2.5 mlotto reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within 30 days may result in account closure.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 The minimum deposit amount on mlotto is ₱50. The maximum single deposit and withdrawal limits are specified on the Cashier page within your account dashboard and may vary by payment method.

3.2 mlotto supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, B PI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Available payment methods may change without prior notice; the current list of supported methods is always displayed on the Cashier page.

3.3 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited. Any deposit found to originate from a third-party account may be reversed, and the player's account may be suspended pending investigation.

3.4 mlotto targets GCash withdrawal processing within 1–2 hours of a withdrawal request being approved. This timeframe is a target, not a guaranteed service level. Processing times may be extended due to high transaction volumes, GCash network maintenance, public holidays, or where additional account verification is required prior to release of funds.

3.5 Withdrawals will only be credited to a payment account registered in the same name as the verified mlotto player account. mlotto does not transfer winnings to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

3.6 mlotto reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request. During such checks, withdrawal processing may be temporarily suspended. Players will be notified via their registered contact details if additional information is required.

3.7 All transactions on the mlotto platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Players are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their payment provider.

4. Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 mlotto offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion.

4.2 Unless otherwise specified in the promotion's specific terms, all bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion details.

4.3 Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet. Winnings generated from bonus fund wagers will be held in the bonus wallet until the wagering requirement is satisfied, at which point eligible amounts will be transferred to the main cashable wallet.

4.4 mlotto reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has commenced meeting the wagering requirement, any bonus balance at the time of cancellation will be voided.

4.5 Abuse or exploitation of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus stacking, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or wagering patterns designed to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk — will result in the voiding of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

5. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

5.1 All games available on the mlotto platform are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure fairness and unpredictability of outcomes. mlotto does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the published return-to-player (RTP) parameters of each game.

5.2 Live dealer games are operated from licensed studios by trained live dealers. Game outcomes in live dealer sessions are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) in real time, under studio supervision and recording.

5.3 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error during gameplay, mlotto's records of the game session will be considered the definitive record of the outcome. Where a malfunction voids a game round, any wager placed on that round will be refunded to the player's account.

5.4 The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. Any winnings generated through the use of such tools may be voided.

5.5 Players are prohibited from engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties for the purpose of manipulating game outcomes, particularly in poker or other player-versus-player games.

6. Responsible Gaming

6.1 mlotto is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. The platform provides a suite of self-service responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account dashboard after logging in.

6.2 Available responsible gaming tools include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set reminders that notify you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Cool-Down Period: Take a short break from gambling by activating a cool-down period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cool-down, your account remains accessible for withdrawals but no wagers may be placed.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the mlotto platform for a minimum period of 6 months or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mlotto platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification
• Creating or operating more than one player account
• Allowing a third party to access or use your mlotto account
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraud
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the mlotto platform or its underlying systems
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Engaging in collusion with other players or third parties
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain — any such gains must be reported to mlotto immediately and are subject to reversal
• Using chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith to reclaim legitimately lost wagers
• Making deposits using stolen, unauthorized, or third-party payment methods

7.2 mlotto employs fraud detection systems that monitor accounts and transactions for suspicious activity. Any account flagged for prohibited conduct will be subject to investigation, during which withdrawals may be suspended. If prohibited conduct is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR and/or relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 mlotto reserves the right to suspend or close a player account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms; (b) required for compliance with PAGCOR regulations or Philippine law; (c) required as part of an ongoing investigation into suspicious activity; or (d) the player has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.

8.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation and the investigation concludes with no finding of wrongdoing, the account will be reinstated and any held funds released promptly.

8.3 Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, mlotto reserves the right to void any bonus balances and, where fraud or money laundering is established, to withhold the account balance pending direction from the relevant Philippine authorities.

8.4 Players may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding void bonus funds) will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5–10 business days.

9. Privacy & Data

9.1 The collection, storage, and use of your personal information by mlotto is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the mlotto Privacy Policy.

9.2 mlotto collects personal data for the purposes of account operation, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and the delivery of personalized gaming experiences. We do not sell personal data to third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

9.3 mlotto may share player data with PAGCOR, relevant Philippine government authorities, and licensed AML compliance bodies where required by law or regulation.

9.4 All data transmitted between your device and the mlotto platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. Player account credentials are stored using industry-standard hashing protocols and are never stored in plain text.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The mlotto platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability and optimal performance, mlotto does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, mlotto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, internet connectivity issues on the player's side, or force majeure events.

10.3 mlotto's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 mlotto is not responsible for any tax obligations that may arise from winnings received through the platform. Players are responsible for understanding and complying with their own tax obligations under Philippine law.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

11.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable regulations issued by PAGCOR.

11.2 In the event of any dispute between a player and mlotto arising from these Terms or the player's use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through mlotto's customer support channel. Disputes may be submitted in writing to [email protected].

11.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication within 30 calendar days of written notice, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR through its published player complaint and dispute resolution procedures.

11.4 Any legal proceedings arising from unresolved disputes shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of the Philippines.

11.5 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
