mlotto Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains exactly what personal data mlotto collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have as a Filipino player under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
📋 About This Policy: This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how mlotto ("we," "us," "our," "the Platform") collects, processes, stores, uses, and protects personal information provided by players and visitors ("you," "your") when using the mlotto platform at https://mlotto.bet. This Policy is issued in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (DPA), and its Implementing Rules and Regulations as administered by the National Privacy Commission (NPC) of the Philippines.
mlotto is operated under a PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) license and is committed to protecting the personal information of all players and users. As a PAGCOR-regulated platform, mlotto is also bound by the data governance and player protection standards set by PAGCOR as a condition of our operating license.
By registering an account on mlotto, making a deposit, or using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described herein. If you do not agree with any part of this Policy, please discontinue use of the platform and contact [email protected] to request account closure.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in applicable law, PAGCOR requirements, or our internal practices. Any material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file. The date at the top of this page always reflects when the Policy was last reviewed.
How mlotto Protects Your Data
Six core principles guide how mlotto handles every piece of personal information you share with us.
Purpose Limitation
mlotto only collects personal data that is directly necessary for operating the platform — account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and PAGCOR regulatory compliance. We do not collect data speculatively or for undefined future uses. Every data point has a stated, lawful purpose documented in this Policy.
256-bit SSL Encryption
All data transmitted between your device and the mlotto platform is encrypted using 256-bit SSL/TLS — the same standard used by Philippine banks like BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Your login credentials, payment details, and personal information are never transmitted in plain text. Our servers are protected by enterprise-grade firewalls and intrusion detection systems.
No Data Selling — Ever
mlotto does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers, data brokers, or advertising networks. Full stop. Your data is used exclusively for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. Any third party that receives your data from mlotto does so only to help us deliver our services to you, under strict contractual data protection obligations.
DPA 2012 Compliance
mlotto operates in full compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and the regulations of the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines. We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing all data privacy matters. Our data processing practices are documented, reviewed, and aligned with NPC guidelines.
Data Minimization & Retention
We collect only the minimum data required for each processing purpose. Data is retained only for as long as legally required — typically 5 years post-account closure for AML compliance purposes under the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines. Once the retention period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymized beyond recovery.
Your Rights Are Real
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, Filipino players have real, enforceable rights over their personal data — including the right to access, correct, erase, and port your data, and the right to object to or restrict processing. mlotto provides a straightforward process for exercising these rights, with a committed response time of 15 business days from receipt of a verified request.
1. Data Controller Information
1.1 The data controller responsible for your personal information collected through the mlotto platform is the entity operating mlotto under its PAGCOR license. mlotto is accessible at https://mlotto.bet and serves players across the Philippines, including Manila, Cebu, Davao, Quezon City, Makati, and other cities and municipalities throughout the archipelago.
1.2 As data controller, mlotto determines the purposes and means of processing your personal data. All data processing activities are conducted in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), PAGCOR regulatory requirements, and the Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) of the Philippines.
1.3 mlotto has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) to oversee compliance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and to serve as the primary point of contact for all data privacy matters. The DPO may be reached at [email protected]. All data privacy inquiries, complaints, and rights-exercise requests should be directed to this contact.
2. Personal Data We Collect
2.1 mlotto collects personal data through several channels: directly from you during registration and account use, automatically through your interaction with the platform, and from third-party verification and payment service providers. 2.2 mlotto does not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as defined under Section 3(l) of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (e.g., racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, health data, sexual life) unless expressly required for responsible gaming assessments or as mandated by PAGCOR regulation. Where such collection becomes necessary, you will be given a separate, specific consent notice.
2.3 Where you choose not to provide personal data that is required for a specific purpose (e.g., KYC documentation required for withdrawals), mlotto may be unable to provide that particular service or feature. We will always make clear which data fields are mandatory and which are optional.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
3.1 Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012, mlotto processes your personal data on one or more of the following lawful bases:
- Contractual Necessity: Processing is necessary to perform our contract with you — i.e., to operate your player account, process deposits and withdrawals, and provide access to games and services on the mlotto platform.

- Legitimate Interests: Processing is necessary for mlotto's legitimate interests in fraud prevention, platform security, responsible gaming monitoring, and service improvement — provided these interests are not overridden by your rights and freedoms.
- Consent: For specific processing activities not covered by the above bases (e.g., optional marketing communications), we will obtain your explicit prior consent. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
4. How We Use Your Data
4.1 mlotto uses the personal data we collect for the following specific purposes:

- Fraud Prevention and Security: Detecting, investigating, and preventing fraudulent activity, unauthorized account access, bonus abuse, money laundering, and other prohibited conduct on the mlotto platform.

💡 Note on Marketing: mlotto does not send unsolicited marketing emails or SMS messages. Promotional communications are only sent to players who have explicitly opted in during registration or subsequently through account settings. Opting out will not affect your ability to use the platform or receive transactional communications (e.g., deposit confirmations, withdrawal receipts).

You will be notified of any such transfer and its privacy implications in advance.
🔵 Important: mlotto will never share your personal data with third-party advertisers, data brokers, social media platforms, or any entity for commercial marketing purposes without your explicit, prior consent.

- Security Monitoring: Our platform is monitored 24/7 for unauthorized access attempts, unusual activity, and potential security incidents using automated intrusion detection systems.
- Data Breach Response: In the unlikely event of a data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, mlotto will notify the National Privacy Commission within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach, and affected players will be notified without undue delay.
6.2 While mlotto takes all reasonable precautions to protect your data, no online platform can guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your own mlotto account credentials and for notifying us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
